How the process works

    Call (469) 368-5264 or tap the booking button. Give us the address, the dates, and a rough headcount.

  2. We drop off and position it

    Our driver places the unit on flat ground exactly where you want it, with the door facing the direction you prefer.

    Delivery day

  3. Weekly maintenance, then removal

    We pump, scrub, and restock every week, then haul the unit out once you let us know the job is finished.

Family operation, not a chain

We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you phone in, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're family-run, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we sort it out that same day.

I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that's when we mean. If anything shifts, I reach out to you before you have to reach out to us.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

What kind of spot do you need for drop-off?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, with no low-hanging wires and away from any active digging.

How much lead time should I allow for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.

How frequently do units get serviced?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly stop.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you call us for removal.
